Yet in most organizations, trust is treated as a vague aspiration rather than a structural outcome. Most leaders address these by managing around them. This module teaches leaders to work <em>with<\/em> them \u2014 because behind every difficult behavior there is a need that has not been addressed.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will learn:<br \/>- How to address dominant behavior without shame or compliance theater<br \/>- How to draw out quiet people without forcing them<br \/>- How to coach conflict between team members instead of refereeing it<br \/>- How to read what someone's behavior is actually signaling<br \/>- How to stay calm and present when interpersonal situations escalate<\/p>\n<p><strong>Module 3: Building Trust That Lasts (1 Day)<\/strong><br \/>Trust is not a soft value \u2014 it is a structural outcome. Even when a team builds trust in the short term, constant monitoring is required during daily activities. Regression can occur even on a strong team, and this can have a negative effect.
