Most coaching training produces coaches who are excellent in the classroom and unprepared for real organizations. They can run a coaching conversation in a peer exercise. They cannot hold space with a CEO under pressure, navigate organizational politics in the room, or see the system producing the problem the client is describing. The gap between a coaching exercise and a coaching conversation that actually shifts something \u2014 most programs never close it.<\/p>\n

The Integral Institute built its coaching training program on that premise: the best coaching methodology is the one built from real sessions, not the one that sounds beautiful in a classroom and evaporates in the real world. In a BANI era \u2014 where AI transformation is rewriting entire industries and market contagion can spread in hours \u2014 that gap between classroom and reality has never been more consequential. Level 1 (104 hours) builds the foundation across five modules \u2014 ICF-aligned, live practice, real mentorship, and positions participants for ICF ACC. Level 2 (Module 6, bringing total hours to 153) develops mastery, earns the CPIC certification, and positions for ICF PCC. Both delivered face-to-face in Istanbul, Slovenia, and the UK by ICF-credentialed coaches (MCC, PCC, ACC) with professional business backgrounds.
