The BANI landscape \u2014 Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible \u2014 frames how AI amplifies each dimension, using real cases like the SVB collapse in 72 hours to reveal which leadership teams had genuine systemic understanding and which were operating on borrowed confidence. Participants work through the Agentic Ladder \u2014 four levels of AI capability from Chatbot to AGI \u2014 to map where their organization actually sits versus where it thinks it is. Individual and team-level results from the pre-program 360\u00b0 AI Readiness Assessment are debriefed, identifying alignment gaps and the most critical leadership challenges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Between Modules: Structured Intersession Work (Weeks 2\u20134)<\/strong><br \/>Each participant identifies a real AI challenge from their function \u2014 not a theoretical exercise, but an actual decision they need to make or initiative they need to lead. They work this challenge through the remaining modules, supported by 1:1 coaching with an ICF-credentialed coach, peer triads, and 24\/7 access to our AI Coach System.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Module 2: Application \u2014 Your Seat, Your Decisions (1.5 Days Offsite)<\/strong><br \/>Module 1 built shared context. Module 2 gets specific. The CxO Decision Architecture maps role-specific AI questions for every C-Suite seat \u2014 the CEO's strategic question is not the CTO's implementation question \u2014 then builds the connections between roles that prevent fragmented AI strategy. The AI Ambassadors Model addresses how to build internal AI capability without creating a shadow IT function. An Ethics and Governance Framework \u2014 not a compliance checklist, but a leadership framework \u2014 draws on cases like the Credit Suisse collapse, where governance failures were visible long before the final crisis. A Change Fitness Assessment reveals where resistance to AI-driven change will come from before it surfaces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Between Modules: From Framework to Pilot (Weeks 6\u20139)<\/strong><br \/>Participants design and begin implementing a small-scale AI pilot in their function \u2014 not a technology project, but a leadership experiment.
