The visionary behind AI Coach System
Sami Bugay is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with more than 9,999 hours of coaching experience. His journey began not in AI but in IT, business and e-commerce, where he led companies to remarkable success and experienced the power of coaching first-hand. That led him to found The Integral Institute in 2004, with a mission to bring world-class coaching to leaders across the globe. His blend of business acumen and coaching mastery is the foundation of AI Coach System.

Before coaching and consulting, Sami worked in the technology sector. He began as a technical expert, moved into sales and marketing and went on to become a General Manager, helping lift his company into Turkey's top 100 technology firms.
In 2000 he was one of three visionaries behind the business model of a pioneering Turkish e-commerce start-up. It grew into one of the country's leading e-business companies, and Sami later led its merger with another key player. In 2004 he became founding manager of a prominent IT services firm.
Sami first experienced coaching in 2002 as part of his own development and decided to make it his profession. In 2005 he started his own leadership coaching and management consulting practice, working with clients directly and in partnership with international firms.
He trained in one of the first coach training cohorts in Turkey and holds the MCC credential from ICF and NCC certification as an Ontological Coach. As an ICF-accredited Mentor Coach he also develops emerging coaches.
He is the author of Better Leaders Better Teams, an Amazon bestseller, and ITC – Integrated Team Coaching. In 2021 Gestalt OSD Center Cleveland gave him its Outstanding Graduate Award and Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to coaching. He served as President of the ICF Turkey Chapter from 2015 to 2018.
