Integral Coaching Training — See the System. Shift What Matters.

153 hours. Six modules — five in Level 1, CPIC mastery in Level 2. Built by practitioners who have delivered 40,000+ coaching hours since 2004. From zero to ICF-credentialed professional coach — through a methodology that works in real organizations, not just classrooms.

Most coaching training produces coaches who are excellent in the classroom and unprepared for real organizations. They can run a coaching conversation in a peer exercise. They cannot hold space with a CEO under pressure, navigate organizational politics in the room, or see the system producing the problem the client is describing. The gap between a coaching exercise and a coaching conversation that actually shifts something — most programs never close it.

"The quality of the intervention depends on the interior condition of the intervener." — Bill O'Brien

The Integral Institute built its coaching training program on that premise: the best coaching methodology is the one built from real sessions, not the one that sounds beautiful in a classroom and evaporates in the real world. In a BANI era — where AI transformation is rewriting entire industries and market contagion can spread in hours — that gap between classroom and reality has never been more consequential. We wanted a framework that helps coaches see what is actually happening — not just what is being said, but the beliefs underneath, the relational patterns around it, the organizational system holding it all in place. That is what the Integral Coaching model teaches.

We have trained fourteen cohorts in Istanbul. Four in Slovenia. One in London. Over two decades, our faculty have authored the Amazon bestseller Better Leaders Better Teams — along with Bütünsel Takım Koçluğu (2016), the first team coaching methodology published in Turkey. That experience is embedded in every module.

Body — For HR/L&D Leaders

When you invest in coaching capacity for your organization, you are betting on something deeper than skill transfer. You need coaches who can see what is really happening in your system — not just the behaviors, but the patterns underneath them.

The Integral 4-Quadrant model teaches coaches to work across four dimensions at once: how the leader thinks and makes meaning (individual interior), how they show up in observable behavior and performance (individual exterior), what the team culture and relational dynamics require (collective interior), and how organizational systems and market forces are shifting (collective exterior). Coaches trained this way do not just solve problems. They see what the problems are actually about.

At the core of the methodology is the Ontological Perspective — Emotion, Discourse, and Body — which teaches coaches to observe not just what a client says, but how they hold it emotionally and physically. This three-lens approach is woven through every module.

Level 1 (104 hours) builds the foundation across five modules — ICF-aligned, live practice, real mentorship, and positions participants for ICF ACC. Level 2 (Module 6, bringing total hours to 153) develops mastery, earns the CPIC certification, and positions for ICF PCC. Both delivered face-to-face in Istanbul, Slovenia, and the UK by ICF-credentialed coaches (MCC, PCC, ACC) with professional business backgrounds. Your internal coaches will not just have credentials — they will have a methodology that works in your organizational context.

Body — For Individual/Professional Coaches

If you are drawn to coaching, you already feel the instinct: the value of being outside the system, seeing what someone cannot see from inside it. The question is whether you will build your practice on a methodology that scales into complexity, or on techniques that work only in simple situations. The Integral Coaching framework works in high-stakes contexts — executive transitions during AI transformation, organizational restructuring in volatile markets, leadership development where the external landscape shifts faster than internal culture can adapt. It works because it was built from real sessions, refined over twenty years of organizational work.

Level 1 takes you from first principles through ICF-aligned competencies and positions you for ICF ACC. Level 2 earns you the CPIC credential — Certified Professional Integral Coach — and positions you for ICF PCC. Both are delivered face-to-face — in Istanbul, Slovenia, and the UK — in cohorts, so you are learning alongside peers who are serious about coaching as a practice, not a side skill.
