This policy explains which cookies theintegralinstitute.com uses, what each one does, and how to change your choice.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser and reads on later visits to remember you and your preferences. This page also covers local storage entries, which do a similar job.
2. What this site uses
Essential — no consent required
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | Cookie | Remembers the language you chose | Session |
| tii.cookie-consent | Local storage | Stores your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear on every page | Until you clear it |
| authjs.session-token | Cookie | Keeps you signed in. Created only if you sign in. | 30 days |
| tii.newsletter-dismissed | Local storage | Stops the newsletter invitation reappearing once you dismiss it | Until you clear it |
Analytics — only with your consent
Unless you choose “Accept all”, no request is made to these services at all; the script is never loaded.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes visitors and measures which pages are read. IP addresses are anonymised. | 2 years |
Security — on form submission
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| cf_clearance and similar | Cloudflare Turnstile | Confirms a form was submitted by a person, blocking spam and automated abuse | 30 minutes – 1 year |
Turnstile runs only on the contact, application, newsletter, review and sign-in forms. It does not run while you read.
3. No advertising, no profiling
This site uses no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels and no third-party social trackers. YouTube videos do not load on their own; they open only when you press play.
4. Changing your choice
The banner on your first visit offers “Accept all” or “Essential only”. To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser: the banner returns and your new choice is saved. You can also block all cookies in your browser settings — your language preference will then not be remembered and you will not be able to sign in.
