These terms govern cancellation and refunds for training, workshops, coaching and assessments bought through theintegralinstitute.com. They form part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

1. If you cancel

A place on a dated programme is held in your name, so the refund depends on when you tell us:

Notice given	Refund
15 days or more before the start	100% of the amount paid
7–14 days before the start	50% of the amount paid
Fewer than 7 days before the start, or after it has begun	No refund

Where no refund is due, you may transfer once, free of charge, to the next running of the same programme. Ask before the programme starts.

You may also pass your place to someone else. Tell us in writing at least 3 days before the start; there is no charge.

2. If we cancel

If we cancel or postpone, we will offer you a new date. If you do not accept it, you receive a full refund with no deduction.

3. Coaching and mentoring sessions

Individual sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Later than that, or if you do not attend, the session counts as used.

4. Corporate agreements

For programmes designed for a single organisation, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the signed service agreement, which prevails over this page.

5. Statutory withdrawal is unaffected

Nothing above limits the consumer's 14-day statutory right of withdrawal described in clause 6 of the Distance Sales Agreement, which applies before performance has begun.

6. How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] with your name, the programme, the payment date and your order number if you have one. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days. How long a card refund then takes to appear is up to your bank.
