For those who have completed the first level and are ready to take their coaching skills to the next level, the I.C. Integral Coaching Level 2 program offers advanced training, leading to the CPIC – Certified Professional Integral Coach title. This program is designed to deepen your understanding and application of Integral Coaching principles.

Program Overview

Building on the foundation established in Level 1, this 153-hour program focuses on advanced coaching techniques, leadership development, and professional certification. Participants will engage in more complex coaching scenarios, honing their skills through rigorous practice and assessment. The program culminates in the CPIC certification, recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), positioning participants as leaders in the coaching industry.

Program Structure

Module 6: CPIC Certification and Mastering Coaching

  • Advanced application of Integral Coaching techniques.
  • Participation in real coaching scenarios with feedback from expert coaches.
  • Completion of a comprehensive final assessment, including a written evaluation, coaching log, and final exam.

Mentorship and Observation

  • 15 hours of mentorship with an MCC or PCC-certified coach.
  • Observation sessions to refine coaching techniques.

Final Exam and Certification

  • Submission of recorded coaching sessions for review.
  • Final assessment leading to the CPIC title.
