Your coach is ICF-credentialed (MCC, PCC, or ACC) with a professional business background. How It Works

1. Deep Assessment — Mapping the leader's context through the Integral 4-Quadrant model and Three-Domain Framework. Strengths, blind spots, growth edges — based on data, not assumptions.

2. Coaching Architecture — A plan with clear milestones and timelines. Not vague "development goals" — specific behavioral shifts that the leader, their team, and their leadership can observe.

3. Regular Sessions — Weekly or every 10 days in the initial phase; after 8 sessions, frequency shifts to bi-weekly or monthly as the leader builds momentum. Every session works on real situations they are facing right now. Delivered by coaches from our global network — matched to language, sector, and context.

4. AI Coach System Practice — Our AI Coach System provides coaching support and personal development tracking in 5 languages between appointments — so the work continues around the clock.

5. Impact Review — Structured evaluation against the starting baseline. What shifted. What is next. Data-driven, not anecdotal.

We provide structured progress reports (with coachee consent), CxO Dashboard visibility into engagement and progress metrics, integration with your talent development strategy, and a structured handoff to group programs when appropriate. Pairs well with 360° Assessment for pre-coaching baseline.
