Program Overview

The Dreams in Coaching Training is a comprehensive program that explores how dreams can be utilized in coaching processes and uncovers the connections between dreams and the subconscious. This program teaches participants to understand the symbolic language of dreams and use this knowledge to make coaching sessions deeper and more effective. The 30-hour ICF CCEU program includes 19 Core Competencies and 11 hours of Resource Development.

Program Structure

Module 1:

  • Introduction to the definition of dreams and exploration of the stages of consciousness related to the concept of the subconscious.
  • Introduction to symbolic language, active listening, noting the unspoken, and integrating other coaching competencies as per ICF standards.

Module 2:

  • Deeper exploration of dream messages and their implications.
  • Group work reinforces the symbolism of dreams, and collective examination of the role of dreams in coaching with practical applications.
