Over three modules across five days, sitting C-suite executives work through the Three-Domain Framework — how they manage themselves (MS), manage others (MO), and manage the business (MB). Not through textbook case studies. Through live coaching on actual leadership challenges, in a peer group of executives who face similar complexity.

Module Overview
Module 1: Looking and Seeing (2 days) — Self-knowledge requires the mirror of others. Map your leadership across three domains. MS: Surface the unconscious patterns driving your decisions under pressure — the ones your team sees but you do not. MO: Examine how your leadership style shapes team dynamics, including Drama Triangle patterns (Victim, Persecutor, Rescuer) that silently erode executive teams, and the shift to the Empowerment Dynamic (Creator, Challenger, Coach). MB: Connect personal patterns to business outcomes. Experience the Integral 4-Quadrant lens applied to your real context.
Module 2: Deep Dive (2 days) — The space where unexamined assumptions live — the ones driving decisions before anyone knows they are driving them. Participants apply the Pre-Mortem technique to their actual strategic challenges (prospective hindsight that surfaces blind spots before they become failures) and the Type 1/Type 2 Decision Framework to distinguish irreversible bets from reversible experiments. When self-management fails, people management breaks, and business decisions suffer — this module explores how the three domains interact under that kind of pressure. Includes 1:1 coaching sessions that go where group work cannot.
Module 3: Alchemy (1 day) — Integration and architecture. Build a leadership development roadmap across all three domains using the McKinsey 3 Horizons framework (Defend, Build, Create) — specific, time-bound, tied to the patterns surfaced during the program. Design an AI Coach System practice plan for after the program ends. Participants leave with diagnostic frameworks, a personal action plan, and a practice plan that starts Monday. Not a binder on a shelf.
Between Modules: Online group studies, personalized coaching sessions, AI Coach System access. What participants learn gets used.
