Preview
Drawing inspiration from ancient philosophies, the 4 Element Coaching Program is designed to deepen your coaching skills and maximize your clients’ potential. Learn how to better understand yourself and your clients through the elements of fire, earth, air, and water, and create powerful and transformative coaching experiences.
Program Overview
The 4 Element Coaching Program, framed within the I.C. Integral Coaching™ methodology, offers coaches the tools and approaches to establish deep connections with their clients. The program aims to develop skills that enable coaches to transform their clients’ thought and behavior patterns by using the symbolic language of the elements.
