INTEGRALTEAM COACHING™
Team: A group of people who strive to achieve a common goal and have complementary skills. A team derives its success from the harmony among its members who have
differing ideas and experiences.
I.T.C Team Coaching isn’t a group made up of individuals; It’s a process in which they’re transformed into a system. Each team has its own personal voice, values, and expectations .
Relationships between employees and teamwork play an important role in the success of organizations. People are the most important asset of any organization, and the relationships and communication between them affect the success of the company. Individuals and teams which work well with each other focus on group success and are more competent at resolving conflicts.
