  • Managing team performance and coaching,
  • Leading the team collectively or 1-1 with sensible meetings and getting results

  • 1-1 laser coaching from your assigned coach based on the outcome of Module II

  • Understanding complicated issues and creating solutions,
  • Applying techniques to solve problems quickly and effectively,
  • Putting together a roadmap which can implement and maintain I.C. Integral Leadership ™ approach,
  • Continuation of laser coaching and closure
