INTEGRATEDTEAMS™
The problems faced by organizations aren’t generally technical but motivational and relationship bottlenecks. Using team coaching, these problems are overcome by creating awareness and active participation within team members and using their own problem solving methods.
Team coaching is a transformative process which treats the team as a system rather than a group of individuals. Within teams, systems have their own voice, values, and expectations. Team coaching improves and strengthens the relationship between the members.
Our I.T.C. Integrated Teams™ program was designed to allow team to,
- Set the priorities to become a team: Building trust, handling conflict, loyalty, accountability, result orientation,
- Recognize what type of team they are as a system,
- Clarify the needs of the team,
- Clarify the goals of the team,
- Create collective intelligence and emotion,
- Detach from their preconceptions when faced with new issues in order to reposition themselves,
- Unlearn old behavior and practices to create openness to transformation and continuous learning,
- Share leadership to develop and empower the team while realizing the above.
