Elif Alptürk

Elif Alptürk, a graduate of Marmara University, Department of International Relations, began her professional career in 1995 in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. For 15 years, she worked in the food and fashion retail sectors at Migros Türk T.A.Ş. and Wolverine World Wide. Focusing on sales, marketing, and business development, Alptürk established and managed wholesale organizations, retail teams, product management processes, and CRM departments.

In 2009, she decided to apply her experience to the field of consultancy, conducting projects across various areas such as sales, marketing, soft skills, executive training, recruitment, and talent management. She had the opportunity to establish long-term partnerships with both national and international companies, helping them lead their respective industries. Experienced in behavioral sciences and relationship management, Alptürk also completed her master's degree in cognitive psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Keeping pace with technological advances, she integrated e-learning systems and related content design into her operations. She has executed multinational projects with leading international consultancy groups, such as Nexe (Spain) and Oxford Leadership Academy (UK), becoming an accredited consultant for these organizations.

She currently offers services through BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS designed to achieve organizational goals, DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS that equip both employees and managers with essential competencies, and customized ASSESSMENT CENTER applications designed to evaluate employee competencies.
