Gökçe Bilgin Özzorlu

Corporate Trainer and Coach and Human Behavior Trainer

Gökçe Bilgin Özzorlu is an executive, trainer, and coach specializing in international operations management, supply chain leadership, professional coaching, and transformation-oriented learning.

A graduate of Yıldız Technical University, Department of Political Science and International Relations, Özzorlu has assumed senior responsibilities throughout her corporate career of over 19 years across French, American, and global organizations in the fields of international operations, supply chain management, logistics, foreign trade, as well as regional and local team leadership and department management. During her career journey, she worked in France, managed operational processes for European markets, and most recently served as Supply Chain and Logistics Manager at an international technology company.

Combining her corporate experience with a human-centered transformation approach, Özzorlu completed her professional coaching training at the ICF-accredited Integral Institute, earning the title of ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program).

With nearly 600 hours of one-on-one coaching, career coaching, and mentoring experience to date, she has accompanied leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals on their development journeys. At the same time, through training and development programs she has conducted in recent years in the areas of leadership, communication, team effectiveness, change management, self-awareness, and corporate transformation, she has worked directly with over 1,500 professionals, including both white-collar and blue-collar employees.

To gain a deeper understanding of human behavior, learning processes, and sustainable change, she is pursuing a second university degree in Child Development and Psychology, while conducting studies on neuroscience-based learning, behavior change, and leadership development.

Known for her approach that brings together the operational discipline of the corporate world with the transformative power of human development, Özzorlu is also among the co-founders of a company where she designs training programs combining these disciplines.
