Fuat Sezen

Fuat Sezen, a graduate of Gazi University’s Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, began his professional career at GlaxoSmithKline in 2002. During his 14-year tenure with the company, Sezen took on various roles, including Product Specialist, Field Training and Development Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. He contributed to domestic and international projects focused on productivity, business models, and performance management. Following his time at GlaxoSmithKline, he held managerial positions at İmuneksfarma and Allergan (Abbvie) as National Sales and Marketing Manager, Commercial Operations Manager, and Country Training Manager.

Since 2008, Sezen has been engaged in professional coaching, specializing in performance and development coaching for sales teams within the companies he has worked for. He is an expert in areas such as leadership, team management, sales leadership, and performance management. In 2021, he received a coaching certification from The Integral Institute, where he currently works as an assistant instructor, delivering training in leadership, management, and team development. He continues his coaching services both individually and for organizations.

In 2023, Sezen established his own company, where he provides consultancy and distribution services in the healthcare sector under the DM Pharma brand. He has also met the national qualifications for the Level 6 Professional Coach Certificate.
