The S.A.F.E.T.Y. model (Security, Autonomy, Fairness, Esteem, Trust, You) — the neuroscience of what triggers threat or reward in the people you lead. The Three-Domain Framework: how coaching skills apply differently when managing self, managing others, and managing the business.

Day 2: Practice — Live coaching exercises with real-time feedback from experienced coaches. Integration into daily leadership rhythm — where coaching fits and where directive management is still the right call. Personal 90-day action plan. Optional AI Coach System onboarding for continued practice.
